Rob surprised me with a subscription to a magazine called

Mindful  

Taking Time for What Matters.

This caught my eye on an ad for organic tea:

The light in me

Sees the light in you,

And recognizes

The source of this light

To be the same.

We are all connected.

Ah, yes!
