Whew!

Dismantlization!

This just in...

"No union is more profound than marriage, for it embodies the highest ideals of love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice, and family. In forming a marital union, two people become something greater than once they were. As some of the petitioners in these cases demonstrate, marriage embodies a love that may endure even past death. It would misunderstand these men and women to say they disrespect the idea of marriage. Their pleas is that they do respect it, respect it so deeply that they seek to find its fulfillment for themselves. Their hope is not to be condemned to live in loneliness, excluded from one of civilization’s oldest institutions. The Constitution grants them that right."

Saying "Bye" to the Hood

Leaving the PIONEER means
leaving my downtown neighborhood.

My bank just 2 blocks east...

with Suzanne
on the 7th floor!
And just across from the bank, McWhorter's,
where Tom took care of my car.

Back across the street on Main...yum!
Right across from the PIONEER on Main is this.
(Caleb:  "Is that the real Jimmy Kimmel?")
Three blocks north, and there's the library,
and another couple of blocks, the post office.
A few blocks west and I've got this...aaaah!
Now, head north just a block or two and you've got
"my" Walgreens, Walmart, Taco Bell, and the Pancake House.
Everything a girl could need/want...
well, most everything!

Wanna go to Norway?

Sure!
(Easy as that...)

My Womb with a View

Nine months ago I moved into 1001B, not knowing what lay ahead.
During these past nine months, it has been a sanctuary for my spirit
while LIFE was turning upside down and all around;
it has been for me a port in the storm.
I am so grateful.
I will miss the marvelous views!
