Marsha Marathon

In a hugely spontaneous move,

when I realized I had a free long weekend,

I emailed Marsha to come on up for a playdate,

and she responded with a hearty 

"Here-I-come!"

Between noon on Saturday and 10AM today, 

we managed to take in the following:

La Diosa, Buddy Holly Museum & Art Gallery, Petra's,

Five Guys Burgers, Cup of Yo, Cactus Theatre: Lucy & the Outlaws,

Abuelo's, Steinmart, Cato's,  DSW (or DWS; we never can remember.)

Starbuck's, Payless, Walmart, Papa Murphy's, On Demand:

The Housesitter, an old 1992 comedy with

Steve Martin & Goldie Hawn.

It was a HOOT!

And in between all of that, talking and more talking...even

leaving the kitchen in the middle of making breakfast this morning

to talk some more, and realizing, thirty minutes

later that...oooops, oh well!

With a friend like Marsha,
even though my memory may fail me,
life just gets better and better!
